Delivery of Digital Products

Processing Time: Once your order is placed, we begin crafting your personalized digital product. Typically, orders are processed and delivered within 3 business days. Please allow additional time for complex customizations.
Digital Delivery: All products are delivered digitally via email or a download link. You will receive your files in high-resolution PNG and PNF formats. No physical products will be shipped.
File Formats: If you require a specific file format, please add it along with your personalization. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of purchase, provided that the design process has not yet begun. Once work on the custom design has started, cancellations are no longer possible.
Modifications: If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Minor adjustments may be accommodated before the final product is delivered, depending on the stage of the design process.

Complimentary Revisions: We offer 1 round of complimentary revisions based on the initial design proof. Additional revisions may incur a fee.
Error Corrections: If an error was made on our end, such as a misspelling or incorrect detail, we will correct it promptly and resend the final file.

Digital Product Policy: Due to the personalized nature of our digital products, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once the final files have been delivered. We encourage you to carefully review all customization details before placing your order.
Satisfaction Guarantee: Your satisfaction is important to us. If there’s an issue with your digital product, such as a design error on our part, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your file. We will work with you to correct the issue at no additional cost.
