Customization and Design Process

Personalization: Each digital print is customized according to the information and preferences you provide. Please double-check all details (names, fonts, skin tones, clothing, hairstyles, background colors, etc.) before submitting your order.
Design Proofs: For certain products, we offer a proofing process where you can review and approve the design before final delivery. Once approved, no further changes can be made.

Order Processing Time

Processing Time: All orders are typically processed and delivered within 3 business days.
Rush Orders: If you need your print in 1 business day, you can add the upgrade HERE

Delivery And Digital Downloads

Digital Delivery: All products are digital files and will be delivered via email or download link. No physical products will be shipped.
File Formats: Digital prints are provided in high-resolution PNG and PDF formats and are ready to print.

Revisions And Corrections

Complimentary Revisions: We offer 1 round of complimentary revisions after the print is sent to your email. Additional revisions may incur a fee.
Correction Policy: If there’s an error in the design that was made on our end, we will correct it at no additional cost.

Returns And Refunds

Digital Product Policy: Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once the files have been delivered. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please reach out to us within 30 days of purchase.
Satisfaction Guarantee: If you’re not satisfied with your digital print, please contact us to discuss possible revisions or solutions.

Cancellations

Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided that the design process has not yet begun. Once the design process has started, cancellations are no longer possible.
